Booth Fees
Booth payment must be made online, with a credit card or e-check, at the time of purchase. A confirmation will be sent via e-mail after the checkout process is complete.

HOTEL ADVISORY
We were informed on 12/21/11 that a company called BME Travel is calling every exhibiting company at this event, posing as Wineries Unlimited staff and offering to help book lodging for the show.
Please do not give your company information or credit card to this group or any such group trying assist with booking your lodging. They are NOT affiliated with Wineries Unlimited or Vineyard & Winery Management and we have hired no company to aid booking rooms. If you did book with this company please try to cancel this transaction with your credit card company.
Whether attending or exhibiting, the ONLY way to secure your lodging for this event is by you initiating contact with the hotel of your choice directly.
If you still need to secure lodging we have reserved room blocks the Richmond Marriott Downtown for $144 per night and Hilton Garden Inn for $141 per night. Click on the links below or call to reserve your room.

BoothBoss
Once again, BoothBoss will be our online registration system for booth reservation. BoothBoss is a user-friendly space management system that allows exhibitors to view the actual trade show floor and select the booth of their choice. In addition, exhibitors can create a virtual booth with logos, products and services. You can even attach your URL address for increased consumer traffic and product promotion. That's free advertising for your organization! You will receive instruction on getting started once we open exhibitor registration. Please take a moment to read through the instructions below before you begin the booth selection process.


Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of all, or part, of the exhibit space must be in writing to Management. Exhibitor canceling before three months prior to the event forfeits 50% of the total rental. No refund after this time. If Exhibitor does not make full payment if due under the terms of this contract, Management may terminate this contract and Exhibitor shall be responsible for payment to Management of all amounts which would have been due Management, under the terms of this contract. Management shall have no liability to Exhibitor and no refund will be given if the event is cancelled due to storms, fires or any other acts of nature. If the event is cancelled by Management for any reason, Management's liability to Exhibitor shall be limited to refunding the rental fee to Exhibitor.
