The Gathering Place
This unique event brings together members of the eastern market to meet, network, educate, shop, and join in a good time with old friends and new acquaintences.
Every year this event continues to grow in size, scope, and popularity. It is now hosted at the Valley Forge Convention Center in King of Prussia, PA, only minutes outside Philadelphia. This location provides modern accommodations on-site via The Radisson Hotel Valley Forge and The Scanticon Hotel and Conference Center. This facility is also located near historical Valley Forge National Park and the upscale King of Prussia Mall - the nation's second largest shopping center.
Large Trade Show
We offer attendees and exhibitors more trade show purchase options in over 100,000 square feet on two levels. The trade show is a "buyer's show", drawing record crowds from all over the eastern US and Canada. In fact, according to exhibitor testimonials, many attendees wait all year long buy all their equipment and supplies at this particular trade show, thus boosting annual sales. In an effort to support ASEV/ES's Scholarship Program, a silent auction occurs during both days of the trade show, so be sure to look for auction signs and be prepared to make a bid.

You'll find an expanded conference program with themed session tracks by topic. Session attendees walk away armed with the latest information designed to increase their knowledge, upgrade their skill set, and boost their company's bottom line in the areas of enology, viticulture, marketing, management, and finance. If you're new to the wine industry, join us for Newcomer Sessions on day one and learn how to get started in this unique line of business. Focus workshops are also included in our registration passport options.
Fun Social Events
We offer high quality themed entertainment, food and wine events throughout the span of the conference. These include a live auction at the Best of the East Grand Gala with procees to benefit the ASEV/ES Scholarship Program.
