From the Welcome Reception to the Trade Show Buffet or the formal Best of the East Grand Gala, we find a way to offer you networking and social activities through various food and wine events.

Welcome Reception
Join us as we kick off the 2012 event with a wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres. You are invited to bring a bottle of your winery's finest to share and show off. Other eastern regional wines will be on hand to taste. This is a great place to meet old friends and make new acquaintances.

Combine business with pleasure as a buffet lunch is served on the trade show floor. Take time to enjoy your lunch as you visit exhibitor booths.

Celebrate
Best of the East Grand Gala/Keynote Address (see Keynote Speaker below)
Networking and socializing continues at our formal evening. Enjoy wine tasting and appetizers followed by a dinner entitled, "A Taste of Virginia" before our Keynote Speaker takes the stage. This year's Grand Gala menu will feature traditional selections and flavors unique to Virginia and the east coast. Options currently include: Chef Carved Baked Virginia Ham with molasses, brown sugar, and mustard glaze, BarBQ Sliced Beef, grilled to order mini Virginia Crab Cakes with Margarita and remoulade sauce, Chef Danny's famous Crab Soup, Tossed Green Salad with Creamy Peppercorn and Raspberry Vinaigrette, Fresh Tomato and Mozzarella Salad with Basil Mashed Sweet Potatoes with butter, Baby Butter Beans, Baked Cheddar Potatoes, Peach and Cherry Cobblers with vanilla ice cream, Pecan Pie, Cornbread and Hushpuppies.
